To work with the UX team to help lead engagements with customers and manage design deliverables on projects, while assisting in managing creative work from, our team, contractors, and resources in other locations. Leading user experience processes such as heuristic evaluations, wireframing, and prototyping
Working knowledge of W3C HTML/XHTML
Experience with Flash and Silverlight
Expert knowledge of offerings within one’s area of specialization and general understanding of other offerings
Contributes to building Avanade solutions

Other Skills/Knowledge
Extensive design experience. Knowledge of User Experience disciplines such as usability testing, compliance, governance and content strategy. Leader in strategy, execution, tools, and an active UX/Design community participant. Experience working with cross-functional teams.

Adobe Creative Suite
Microsoft Visio
CSS standards and accessibility
Trained and experienced in fundamentals of digital design
